01 / COMPANY AND MANDATE

Build the economic infrastructure around common bonds.

CBC. Common Bond Capital (Pty) Ltd develops, licenses and supports the common-bond economy architecture, the Common Bond Digital Platform and the Impact Common Bond Shield system. It was incorporated on 5 August 2025 under registration K2025614643.

Group structure. CBC’s portfolio includes Impact Tech AI as its R&D and intellectual-property company, Impact Common Bond Digital as its platform-operating company, and a strategic investment interest and operating roles in Envi Africa Life, a licensed microinsurer and authorised financial services provider.

Mandate. CBC starts from the social and economic formations that already organise daily life and builds the digital, commercial and governance infrastructure through which they can strengthen resilience, market participation, local fulfilment and capital formation.

02 / THE COMMON BOND ECONOMY

Existing relationships become governed economic capacity.

Economic unit. A common-bond group has an internal social and governance life and can also act externally as an economic unit carrying collective demand, obligations, records, decisions and mandates into the market.

Two-sided system. Consumer groups organise demand, contributions and purchasing mandates. Merchant networks organise supply, service standards, pricing, fulfilment and enterprise records. Digital infrastructure connects both sides through payments, orders, reconciliation, evidence and data permissions.

Core principle. Value exchange is governed. Banking, insurance, payments, advice, intermediation and funding remain with the appropriately licensed, authorised or contracted parties.

03 / THE SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE ALREADY EXISTS

Digitisation begins with familiar forms of mutual support.

04 / OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Social capital, economic agency and regulated role separation.

Start with social capital. Trust, membership, group rules and mutual obligation are treated as productive economic assets that can be recorded and governed.

Build economic agency. The objective is to strengthen the ability of groups and local enterprises to organise demand, fulfil services, build records and participate in value creation.

Use digital infrastructure as economic infrastructure. The platform provides the operating fabric for scale, evidence, control and interoperability.

Preserve accountability. Common-bond status never substitutes for the licences, mandates and contractual controls required for regulated activity.
