A modular operating layer for identity, groups, money movement, governance, Shield workflows, evidence and integration.

01 / PLATFORM LAYER

From group identity to auditable economic activity.

Core capabilities. The CBDP supports identity, group formation, membership, governance, wallets and ledgers, contributions, payment matching, approvals, Shield configuration, provider workflows, audit trails and operational telemetry.

Design logic. Mobile and web journeys are intended to mirror familiar group practices rather than require communities to reorganise around conventional individual financial products.

Delivered base. Phase 1 established a cloud-deployed foundation with identity and role controls, group governance, wallet and transaction capability, Matshediso configuration and audit-first execution.

02 / GROUP IDENTITY AND GOVERNANCE

A digital home for organised communal life.

Phase 1 journeys show group creation, member administration and a persistent group record. Identity, roles and membership provide the control layer through which group leaders manage the community without relying on scattered paper records or verbal memory.

03 / WALLETS, LEDGERS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Make collective money movement visible and attributable.

The delivered wallet and transaction layer can provision user and group wallets, record deposits and contributions, maintain running balances and produce filterable transaction histories. Payment references and member-level records support reconciliation and transparency.

04 / ARCHITECTURE AND SCALE

Centralised workspace, real-time intelligence and modular growth.

Phase 2 architecture work frames the platform as a central workspace that coordinates data and workflows, returns operational intelligence and scales as common-bond groups, merchants and service endpoints expand. Audit-first execution remains a core control principle.
